The main goal in the Sims 3 Lehacy Challenge is to play in a single family for ten generations.
I’m following the official Legacy Rules created by Pinstar 1161.

Keep in mind however that I’m not using the rule about staying on one lot all the time. I started this legacy just after buying the Late Night expansion and was very keen on living in an apartment. I intended however to move to a big lot eventually and build a fabulous house there.
I am also using a theme for this legacy, movies. Most of the family members will be named after actors, actresses or directors. The founder Eugene is not named after anyone famous but he is the founder and an exception to the rule.
